Dasher + Fisher are two wild rivers that run from the snowmelt mountains, through the rich hinterland, to the pristine coast of Tasmania’s north-west. From this pure water we copper pot distil botanicals sourced from the many growers who live here. Our gins are based on the landscape and the ingredients that are found in the area: Mountain, Meadow and Ocean. All three include our ‘Tassie Trio’  of ingredients- native pepperberry, lavender and wakame. They are dialled up and down, and combined with various botanicals to create different  layers of taste for each variant.

They are uniquely Tasmanian, wild+pure.

A classic London Dry style with a Tassie twist has 11 botanicals that hero the native pepperberries and herbs found on the way to Cradle Mountain. Wildly fragrant alpine freshness, juniper, coriander and Tasmanian highland pepperberries with a hint liquorice root. Perfect for a Martinez or Gin Sour and garnish your G+T with a fresh sprig of lavender.

Wild meadow florals like lavender and sage with overtones of freshly picked oranges remind you more of the Amalfi Coast than Bass Strait. The sweet, hot palate gives way to an echo of juniper. Makes a great Negroni and use red grapefruit for your G+T garnish.
