Our handpicked sloe berries (Prunus spinosa) are foraged from all over Tasmania in late summer and left to rest in our gin before bottling.
Appearance: Dark red, crimson
The Nose: Deeply rich and inviting

The Finish: Long and sumptuously balanced mix of spice, berry and sweetness.
